Branch
Designed as a three-building
speculative complex, Friar’s Branch combines retail and
office space next to a high volume freeway. The design
for a new building complements three older buildings to
create an updated yet consistent recognizable image for
the entire development. The new design is modern but in
keeping with existing buildings built in 1980s.
