| Medical Office HealthPark

This 60,000 square foot, three-story medical office building has a spectacular fourth-floor penthouse conference room. The combination of brick, precast concrete, aluminum composite panels and high efficiency curtain wall glazing are in keeping with the material context of the other buildings on the medical center campus. The creative use of solar screens over the window areas serves to control solar gain while adding to the architectural interest of the energy-efficient building. Other elements of the eco-friendly design include the use of paneling made from sustainably harvested wood.
